This license gives you broad commercial rights to the asset or “item” in question.

There are a few things you need to be aware of that the company does not mention:

1. Registering items on a per-use basis is required.

To use an asset multiple times, you must re-register it. An asset can only be downloaded for a single purpose. You must register the item twice to use it more than once legally.

2. Assets cannot be resold or redistributed.

You will be charged with violating the license terms if you download stock footage from Envato Elements and then re-upload it onto Shutterstock.

3. Envato Elements prohibits members from using the assets for merchandising.

One example is downloading a graphic from our library and printing it directly onto a T-shirt.Fair use would be required for the resale of the graphic.
